Green Mountain, operator of some of the world’s greenest data centers, has announced it has been selected as a Microsoft Azure ExpressRoute partner connecting in Stavanger. “This enables our clients to extend their on-premises networks into the Microsoft Azure cloud over a private connection,” says CEO, Tor Kristian Gyland.
Azure ExpressRoute connections bypass the public Internet and offer more reliability, faster speeds, predictable latencies and data privacy. “For latency sensitive applications this will mean improved performance and user experience.” says CSO, Svein Atle Hagaseth. “Green Mountain is one of the first data centers in Norway to be operational with this solution.
