In connection with the 10-year anniversary of our data center in Rjukan, we have commissioned Menon Economics to produce an economic impact report of the establishment.
The report is based on actual procurement and accounting data for both the construction and operation of the data center. Overall, the data center, which today has a capacity of approximately 7 MW, has supported about 715 FTEs and 860 million NOK in value creation.
In addition to direct and indirect employment and value creation effects, Menon Economics has also calculated consumption effects, tax effects, and other societal impacts of the establishment.
