We are excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 edition of the Green Mountain Community Support Fund.
This initiative reflects Green Mountain’s commitment to giving back to the local communities that host our data centers. This year, the fund totals NOK 1.000.000, supporting local sports and cultural activities for children and youth.

In Norway, Green Mountain operates data centers in Rennesøy, Rjukan, Enebakk, and Hamar, and the Support Fund is dedicated to sponsoring teams, clubs, associations, and individual talents located in these areas.
Supporting local communities
Green Mountain aims to be a long-term contributor to local community life. Over the years, we have received many inquiries about sponsorship opportunities, and we are proud to already support several great initiatives and clubs, including Driv IL (Enebakk), Mastra IL (Rennesøy area), Rjukan IL and Tinn IL (Rjukan area), and Storhamar IL Ice Hockey (Hamar).
With the Community Fund, we want to expand our engagement even further and support a wider range of activities that help children and young people thrive.
A fund that makes a difference
In 2025, Green Mountain supported 46 different clubs, associations and talents. The funding helped provide new equipment, purchase uniforms, and enable teams and groups to particiapte in trips and acitivities together.
One great example is Vilde Partyka, a 16 year old motocross athlete, who is really passionate about her sport. You can read about Vilde here, and what the support from Green Mountain has meant to her (Norwegian article).
