Proven designs to support AI and hyperscale requirements
Artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC) create new opportunities for businesses, research, and society. However, these technologies require significant computing power and energy. As a result, demand for specialized data center infrastructure continues to grow.
Green Mountain builds data centers specifically for AI and HPC workloads. Our facilities support high-density computing, advanced cooling systems, and scalable power delivery. As a result, AI infrastructure runs efficiently and reliably.
In addition, we combine flexible infrastructure design with strong operational expertise. This approach helps clients deploy AI and HPC systems with confidence. At the same time, it allows them to scale their infrastructure as demand grows.
Key capabilities include
- High-density racks designed for AI workloads
- Air cooling and liquid cooling to manage extreme heat
- Flexible data room layouts built for AI clusters
- Scalable power delivery for growing infrastructure
- Modular deployments that allow clients to expand over time
Whether you train AI models, run large simulations, or operate real-time inference platforms, Green Mountain provides the right environment for high-performance computing.

Green Mountain hosts Hewlett Packard Enterprise AI and HPC infrastructure
Green Mountain supports Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) as it expands its ability to deliver AI and HPC services to customers. HPE hosts this infrastructure across two of Green Mountain’s Norwegian data center locations. These sites provide flexible and scalable capacity for advanced computing environments.
In addition, the partnership highlights a shared focus on sustainability. Green Mountain powers its data centers with renewable energy and designs them for efficient operations. Therefore, HPE can deliver high-performance AI infrastructure while reducing environmental impact.
HPE has built six of the ten most energy-efficient supercomputers in the world. Many of these systems run advanced AI workloads. By deploying infrastructure in Green Mountain’s data centers, HPE helps customers lower the carbon footprint of large-scale computing.
